Inclusiveness: The Fine Line Between Acknowledgement and Acceptance

This is our last workshop for 2024. We complete the J.E.D.I. journey with a focus on inclusiveness – How do you make people feel included in your organization? As your organization enables a J.E.D.I. culture, we want to make sure that you have tools that will allow you to focus on making people feel included in your organization. This means including the individuals who identify in specific groups such as the LGBTQ+ or individuals who belong to different generations or people who may feel excluded such as white males. Our intent is to understand that acknowledgement is not the same as acceptance. When people feel accepted, they are more likely to be more productive and engaged in the workplace.
